Gifts for the Animals 
This watercolor/ink painting was the last in a 3 panel card design - the first color card ever. It was color photocopied and folded into a triptych-style card. The first two panels show the pets playing under the tree, hiding from the guy in the black boots and red pants, and finally coming out to enjoy what he left for them.
"Though Lilly and Onyx rarely hung out together in real life, they seemed to be more tolerant of each other around this time of year. I wanted to show both their upbeat moods, and how they might actually get along…even if for one day."
