This scratchboard illustration was done for a direct mail campaign for Desktop Engineering magazine/Helmers Publishing. The campaign was designed to raise awareness amongst advertisers that the magazine had been in existence for 5 years.
"Did you know? Each of the four kings in a deck of playing cards represents a historical king." The postcards proved successful in garnering brand awareness.
